Planning and Zoning
The Screven County Planning and Zoning Department is responsible for reviewing development and site plans; and for administering the zoning regulations as written in the Screven County code of ordinances. The department works closely with all the departments in the County to provide a high standard of development.

Ordinances are effective on the date of passage, unless otherwise noted or advised. Fees and charges authorized by the County Manager are effective on the date of the memorandum, unless otherwise noted or advised.

If you have your Map & Parcel Number, we can look up your zone. If you do not know your Map & Parcel Number, please contact the Tax Assessor's Office for that information.
